What is The Community Rewards, and how do I join?
The Community Rewards is Sholeo Lodges’ free loyalty program. Signing up is very easy, and anyone 18 or older can join at sholeolodges.com.
From the moment you join The Community Rewards, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits:
- 10% extra discount on your reservation ( can be combined with other promotions on our website).
- Welcome gift with a local touch ( available only at hotels).
- 5% discount at bars and restaurants.
- Special offers at our spa and wellness centers so you can pamper yourself ( available at accommodations that offer this service).
- Free round-trip bus transportation available upon request ( from the airport, for stays of more than 14 nights. Available only at hotels).
- Priority access to promotions, restaurants, and activities.
The program has three tiers (Traveler, Explore, and Globetrotter). The more direct bookings you make on our website, the more benefits you’ll automatically unlock. Please note that tier upgrades are automatic, and downgrades are applied only once a year.
Important: For your reservations to count, you must log in to your account before making a reservation. Purchases at restaurants, the spa, or for activities do not count toward leveling up.
