Sholeo Lodges is a Canary Islands-based lodging brand created to meet the needs of today's travelers and their changing travel habits. More than just hotels or apartments, we are a retreat where you can unwind and reconnect with what motivates and inspires you.

The Lodges (Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas) are full-service hotels featuring a 24-hour front desk, a pool, a restaurant and bar, a gym, and common areas designed for you to unwind, connect with other travelers, and enjoy the destination at your own pace.
The Flat (Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flat) is a more urban and flexible concept: apartments equipped with kitchens, self-check-in, the Cool Working Café, and Roof Rocks (a shared terrace). There is no physical front desk, but 24-hour phone support is available.
At both locations , you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flexible and hassle-free experience, spaces designed to help you connect, and—if you join The Community Rewards—access to exclusive perks during your stay.
Yes. You don't have to use the same card you used when making the reservation. You can pay with any card accepted by the platform.

At all of our accommodations, you can choose from several rate options, depending on how much flexibility you prefer for your trip:
Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas:
- Non-Refundable: the lowest available price. Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, and no refunds are given in the event of cancellation.
- Semi-flexible: An initial payment is made at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due before arrival.
- Flexible: Payment is made at the accommodation upon arrival. Includes free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (21 days for special dates). If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged for the first night.
Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats:
- Non-Refundable: the lowest available price. Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, and no refunds are given in the event of cancellation.
- Flexible: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (21 days for special dates). Full payment is due online 5 days before arrival. After that point, the reservation becomes non-refundable, so no cancellations or changes with a refund will be accepted.
All prices include 7% IGIC. None of our accommodations charge a tourist tax.

Our model is designed to let you enjoy your stay with freedom, choosing what you want to plan in advance and what you'd rather decide as you go.
- Buffet breakfast available: You can include it in your reservation or add it only on the days you'd like. No obligation.
- Fast But Good: At our Original Hub, you'll find fast, healthy, natural, and freshly prepared food and drinks, along with All-Day-Dining so you can eat or have a drink whenever you feel like it.
- Freedom to explore: Much of what the Canary Islands have to offer is found outside the hotel. With this option, you have the flexibility to discover beaches, restaurants, and local spots at your own pace.

Yes. All of our accommodations are designed for digital nomads and remote workers who want to combine work, travel, and a more flexible way of traveling.
- Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes: Cool Working in the basement, open 24 hours a day for guests. 200 Mbit/s Wi-Fi. You can also work at the Original Hub.
- Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas: It doesn't have a coworking space, but you can work comfortably at the Original Hub, which offers high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets for your computer.
- Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats: Cool Working Café open 24 hours. Coffee and snacks served Wednesday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in enclosed common areas.
You may smoke in the following designated areas:
- Outside the reception area (main entrance)
- The Original Hub Terrace
- Main Pool Deck
- Room Terraces
All rooms and common areas are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in additional charges for damages and the cancellation of your stay.
At all of our accommodations, it is mandatory to present a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) for all guests included in the reservation.
If you are traveling with a passport, it must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date.
At Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, check-in is self-service. Please make sure you have the identification documents for all guests on hand so you can complete the process correctly.
