The check-in process at Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats is completely self-service (self-check-in): there is no physical front desk.
When you arrive at the building, you'll find a self-check-in area with a QR codethat will guide you step by step through the registration process on your own cell phone.
During the process, you will need to scan the identification documents of all occupants.
Once check-in is complete, you'll receive your apartment number and access code.

Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats does not have a physical front desk. The access and check-in process is completely self-service.
Before you arrive:
- Complete the online pre-check-in using the link you'll receive by email
- Enter the information for all guests and sign the terms and conditions
- You will receive an email with the information you need to access the building and the apartment
Upon arriving at the building (Juan Rejón, 20):
- Enter the access code on the front door keypad
- Go to the self-check-in area.
- Scan the QR code on the sign and follow the instructions to complete your registration on your phone.
- Scan the ID card or passport of all guests.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive your apartment number and access code.
Digital key:
- Download the Omnitec app (App Store / Google Play)
- Log in using the information you received by email
- Carry your digital key right on your cell phone
Important:
- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. After that time, the access code will no longer work.

Yes, we have parking available, subject to availability and at an additional cost:
- 1 to 3 days: €14 per day.
- 4 to 6 days: €12 per day.
- More than 7 days: €10 per day.
Since parking spaces are limited, if there is no availability, most of our guests park on the surrounding streets, where parking is free 24 hours a day.
The nearest parking lot is Parking Albareda Canteras (C. Albareda, 55-57, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain).
