Yes, we allow cats and dogs at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.
Simply add your pet as an add-on during the booking process so we can get everything ready before your arrival. Pet accommodation is subject to availability and requires prior confirmation.

Yes. At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas, we offer accessible rooms to make the stay easier for guests with limited mobility, equipped with wheelchair-accessible showers. In addition, the hotel has elevators that provide access to all floors.

Yes, children are welcome at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.
When searching, just enter the number of people traveling and the ages of the children, and you'll see the total price per room. There are no additional charges per child upon arrival.
Important: If there are more than 3 of you
In Maspalomas, the maximum occupancy is 3 people per room. For larger groups, you'll need to book two rooms: change the number of rooms in the search tool and assign guests accordingly, making sure there is always one adult in each room.
Please note that if you search for more people than a room can accommodate, the search engine will show you rooms with a lower occupancy limit. Always make sure the room's occupancy limit matches the number of people in your party before confirming your reservation.
Infants under 2 years of age do not count toward the room occupancy. They may sleep with you in your bed or in a free crib, upon request and subject to availability (1 crib per room).
If you're looking for a single accommodation option for 4 or 5 people, Las Palmas Flats offers larger apartments, also in Gran Canaria.
Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children between the ages of 16 and 18 may stay alone only with written permission from their guardian.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Children are not permitted to use the elevator without an adult present.

At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas , we are committed to a flexible cleaning system that is more environmentally responsible.
Cleaning frequency:
- Stays of 3 nights or fewer do not include housekeeping services during the stay
- Stays of 4 nights include a cleaning service on the third day of your stay, with a towel change
- Stays of more than 4 nights include housekeeping every 3 days. During the first cleaning, the bed linens and towels are changed. During the next cleaning, only the towels are changed. From then on, this schedule is repeated for the remainder of the stay.
If you'd like to request an additional cleaning or change the schedule for your scheduled cleaning, you can do so at the front desk or through the hotel's web app, under the "Customize My Stay" section.
Additional services:
- Extra Cleaning, €25: Request this service at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Includes room cleaning, change of bed linens, and change of towels.

Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas offers two Day Pass options so you can choose the experience that best suits you:
- Relax Day Pass: Includes access to the tanning area, pools, hot tub, and lounge chairs, one dish of your choice from the Snack Bar menu, and two drinks ( water, soft drinks, beer, house wine, or cocktails).
- Wellness Day Pass: Includes everything listed above, plus a 25-minute massage.
Both options are available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday through Sunday. You can also add a birthday cake as an extra for celebrations.
You can book your Day Pass directly from World Day Pass by selecting your desired date and the option you prefer. Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is show up at the hotel on the day of your visit.
Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in enclosed common areas.
You may smoke in the following designated areas:
- Outside the reception area (main entrance)
- The Original Hub Terrace
- Main Pool Deck
- Room Terraces
All rooms and common areas are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in additional charges for damages and the cancellation of your stay.
