What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Important: Starting at 11:00 a.m., the access code for the apartment will no longer work.

The check-in process at Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats is completely self-service (self-check-in): there is no physical front desk.

When you arrive at the building, you’ll find a self-check-in area with a QR codethat will guide you step by step through the registration process on your own cell phone.

During the process, you will need to scan the identification documents of all occupants.

Once check-in is complete, you’ll receive your apartment number and access code.
