What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. In addition, once you’ve checked out, you can continue to enjoy the hotel’s facilities at no additional cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.
If you want to save time upon arrival, you can complete online pre-check-in at sholeolodges.com/pre-check-in.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please notify the front desk in advance so that your reservation remains active. Otherwise, it may be automatically canceled, and 100% of the outstanding amount will be charged.
