From the airport, you can easily get there by bus, taxi, or private shuttle:

🚌 Bus

• From Tenerife South (TFS): Take Bus 40 to Costa Adeje + Bus 477 to Los Gigantes (Varadero stop)
• From Tenerife North (TFN): Bus 30 to Puerto de la Cruz + Bus 325 to Los Gigantes (Varadero stop)

Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus or at authorized locations.

• From TFN: approx. 65 minutes

• From Puerto de Santa Cruz: about 1 hour

Yes. You can leave your luggage at the front desk at no extra charge before check-in or after check-out and continue to enjoy the island or the hotel's facilities with greater convenience.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please notify the front desk in advance so that your reservation remains active. Otherwise, it may be automatically canceled, and 100% of the outstanding amount will be charged.

If you left something behind during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the item and where you think you might have lost it. You can also call us directly so we can help you find it.

• Found items are held for up to 90 days from the date they are found
• Identification documents (ID card or passport) are turned over to law enforcement authorities if they are not claimed
• Perishable foods are thrown away the next day
• If you need us to ship the item to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs
