Yes. At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas, we offer options for people with celiac disease, food allergies, and food intolerances, as well as for guests who follow special diets.

Outdoor pool heated to 24°C year-round.

Hours:

• Swimming pool: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Lifeguard service: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Maximum capacity: 70 people

Pool towels:

• A refundable cash deposit of 10€ at the front desk, valid for the entire stay
• Extra towel: €2.50
• The white towels in the room may not be used at the pool

Rules:

• You must take a shower before entering
• Children under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult
• Diving headfirst into the water is prohibited
• Do not use mats or balls in the water
• It is prohibited to reserve lounge chairs with clothing or objects when they are not in use; staff may remove them
• Glass and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area
• No loudspeakers or loud music allowed
• Pets are not allowed in the pool

In case of an emergency, call 112 or contact the front desk from your room by dialing *9.

At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas, we don't have private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.

Check-in is available from 15:00h and check-out must be done before 12:00h.

Reception is open 24h. After check-out, you can keep enjoying the hotel facilities at no extra cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.

To make your arrival quicker and more comfortable, you can complete the online pre check-in at sholeolodges.com/pre-check-in.

If you plan to arrive after 20:00h, let the reception team know in advance to keep your booking active. Otherwise, it may be cancelled automatically and 100% of the outstanding amount may be charged.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. In addition, once you've checked out, you can continue to enjoy the hotel's facilities at no additional cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.
