Our goal is to provide a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for all guests, so these types of events are not permitted.

Yes, we allow cats and dogs at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.

Simply add your pet as an add-on during the booking process so we can get everything ready before your arrival. Pet accommodation is subject to availability and requires prior confirmation.

General Terms and Conditions:

• Maximum weight: 15 kg
• Maximum of 1 pet per room
• Cost: 20 €/day
• Required documentation before check-in: up-to-date veterinary record/vaccination record and valid liability insurance
• The pet must not be left alone at any time (not even while cleaning).

Welcome kit: bed , food bowl, water bowl, and a treat or gift.

Dogs:

• Access to common areas on a leash
• At the Lodges' restaurants, guests may only sit on the terrace or at tables set apart from others
• Access to the pool area is not permitted

Cats:

• They must remain exclusively in the room or apartment
• They must be transported in a carrier or on a leash

Yes. At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas, we offer accessible rooms to make the stay easier for guests with limited mobility, equipped with wheelchair-accessible showers. In addition, the hotel has elevators that provide access to all floors.

Yes, children are welcome at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.

When searching, just enter the number of people traveling and the ages of the children, and you'll see the total price per room. There are no additional charges per child upon arrival.

Important: If there are more than 3 of you

In Maspalomas, the maximum occupancy is 3 people per room. For larger groups, you'll need to book two rooms: change the number of rooms in the search tool and assign guests accordingly, making sure there is always one adult in each room.

Please note that if you search for more people than a room can accommodate, the search engine will show you rooms with a lower occupancy limit. Always make sure the room's occupancy limit matches the number of people in your party before confirming your reservation.

Infants under 2 years of age do not count toward the room occupancy. They may sleep with you in your bed or in a free crib, upon request and subject to availability (1 crib per room).

If you're looking for a single accommodation option for 4 or 5 people, Las Palmas Flats offers larger apartments, also in Gran Canaria.

Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children between the ages of 16 and 18 may stay alone only with written permission from their guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Children are not permitted to use the elevator without an adult present.

At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas, we don't have private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.
