• From the Port of Las Palmas: approximately a 55-minute trip.

Yes. You can leave your luggage at the front desk at no additional cost before check-in or after check-out and continue enjoying the island or the facilities with greater convenience.

Check-in is available from 15:00h and check-out must be done before 12:00h.

Reception is open 24h. After check-out, you can keep enjoying the hotel facilities at no extra cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.

To make your arrival quicker and more comfortable, you can complete the online pre check-in at sholeolodges.com/pre-check-in.

If you plan to arrive after 20:00h, let the reception team know in advance to keep your booking active. Otherwise, it may be cancelled automatically and 100% of the outstanding amount may be charged.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m.

• Identification documents (ID card or passport) are turned over to law enforcement authorities if they are not claimed
• Perishable foods are thrown away the next day
