Yes. At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes, we have 4 rooms that are fully accessible to make the stay easier for guests with limited mobility; they are equipped with wheelchair-accessible showers. In addition, the hotel has elevators that provide access to all floors.

At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes , we are committed to a flexible cleaning system that is more environmentally responsible.

Cleaning frequency:

• Stays of 3 nights or fewer do not include housekeeping services during the stay
• Stays of 4 nights include a cleaning service on the third day of your stay, with a towel change
• Stays of more than 4 nights include housekeeping service every 3 days. During the first cleaning, the bed linens and towels are changed. During the next cleaning, only the towels are changed. From that point on, this schedule is repeated for the remainder of the stay.

If you'd like to request an additional cleaning or change the schedule for your scheduled cleaning, you can do so at the front desk or through the hotel's web app, under the "Customize My Stay" section.

Additional services:

• Extra Cleaning, €25: Request this service at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Includes room cleaning, change of bed linens, and change of towels.
  • For every additional cleaning service booked, Sholeo Lodges donates 1€ to the Fundación Foresta to support reforestation projects in the Canary Islands
• Additional towel replacement: €2.50 per towel

Express Laundry Service

• Drop off your items before 9:00 a.m. and pick them up within 24 hours. Ask at the front desk.

Self-Service Laundry (sunroom):

All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning, with a control panel located near the entrance.

Important:

• The air conditioner turns off automatically when the patio or balcony door is opened
• To ensure it works properly, make sure the door is closed securely

Each room has a 42-inch TV with built-in Chromecast, so you can stream content from your phone, tablet, or computer directly to the screen.

How to use it:
1. Press the Home button on your TV remote.
2. Scan the QR code that appears on the screen or go to the URL provided.
3. Follow the steps and start casting from your device.

Compatible with platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, YouTube, and Spotify, as well as many other apps for iOS and Android. You can also share a tab from the Google Chrome browser.

Important: Your device must be connected to the Sholeo Lodges Wi-Fi network for Chromecast to work properly.

All rooms are equipped with a complimentary safe. We recommend that you store your documents, money, and valuables in it.

How to set it up for the first time:
1. Enter a 4- to 6-digit code.
2. Confirm by pressing the pound key (#).
3. The screen will display the message “CLOSED.”

How to open it:
1. Enter your code.
2. The screen will display “OPEN.”

How to close it again:
1. Enter your code and press (#).
2. The screen will display “CLOSED.”

Important: The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the safe.

The outdoor pool offers ocean views and is open year-round. It is also heated from December through April (approx. 23°C).

Hours:

• Swimming pool: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Lifeguard service: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Maximum capacity: 50 people

Pool towels:

• A refundable cash deposit of 10€ at the front desk, valid for the entire stay
• Extra towel: €2.50
• The white towels in the room may not be used at the pool

Rules:

• You must take a shower before entering
• Children under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult
• Diving headfirst into the water is prohibited
• Do not use mats or balls in the water
• It is prohibited to reserve lounge chairs with clothing or objects when they are not in use; staff may remove them
• Glass and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area
• No loudspeakers or loud music allowed
• Pets are not allowed in the pool

The Day Pass includes access to the pool, one towel per person (with a deposit), a welcome cocktail, access to the gym and the coworking space ( except for the rooftop pool), as well as lunch (drinks not included). Hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with lunch served from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You can book your Day Pass directly from Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes by selecting your desired date and checking availability. Once your reservation is confirmed, simply check in at the front desk on the day of your visit.

At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes, you'll find our Treatment Rooms, a space dedicated to wellness where you can enjoy massages and body treatments.
