We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar celebrations at any of our accommodations.

Our goal is to provide a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for all guests, so these types of events are not permitted.

However, if we organize other types of groups and events, such as team meetings, corporate events, private birthday parties, or presentations.

Yes, we welcome cats and dogs at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes. You can add your pet as an add-on during the booking process. Spots are limited, so we recommend flagging it as early as possible.

General conditions:

• Maximum weight: 15 kg
• Maximum 1 pet per room
• Cost: 20 €/day
• Required documentation before check-in: up-to-date vet/vaccination record and valid liability insurance
• The pet must always be on a leash in shared areas
• It can't be left alone in the room at any moment (not even during cleaning)

Welcome kit: bed, feeder, water bowl and a treat or gift

Dogs:

• They can access shared areas, always on a leash
• At the restaurant, only on the terrace or at separate tables
• Access to the pool area is not allowed

Cats:

• Must stay exclusively in the room
• Must be transported in a carrier or on a leash

Yes, children are welcome at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes.

When searching , simply enter the number of people traveling and the ages of the children. We'll then show you all the available options for your family, including the total price per room. There are no additional charges per child upon arrival.

Infants under 2 years of age do not count toward the room occupancy. They may sleep with you in your bed or in a free crib, upon request and subject to availability (1 crib per room).

Rooms that accommodate children:

• The Loop Suite Pool View: maximum of 3 adults + 1 child
• The Loop Suite with Side Sea View: maximum 3 adults + 1 child
• The Loop Suite Sea View: maximum of 3 adults + 1 child
• The Vibe Suite: up to 4 people
• The Wave room Vista Mar: maximum 2 adults + 1 infant

We do not provide extra beds for safety reasons, so the maximum capacity for each room is as indicated.

Important:

• Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult on all premises
• The gym is for people 18 and older only

Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes does not have private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.

To check in, you must present a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) for all guests included in the reservation.

If traveling with a passport, it must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the departure date.

Additionally, some rates may require the presentation of a credit card at check-in to guarantee the reservation or complete any outstanding payment.

Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes is a 3-star hotel located at Avenida La Gaviota, 3, Tenerife, very close to Playa de La Arena and some of the most iconic spots in the southwest of the island. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the island at your own pace, surrounded by the ocean, nature, and great weather all year round.
