Check-in is possible anytime after 3:00 PM.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.

1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, go to the door, scan the QR code, and obtain the access code that you must enter on this keypad.

2. Once inside the building, scan the indicated QR code.

3. Select your language.

4- Fill in the details displayed on the screen or scan the QR code you received in your booking confirmation email.

• If choosing the manual option, enter the cardholder’s last name and the booking number.
• If you do not know these details, please contact our central office at +34 928 335 960.

5. Check that the information is correct and press the arrow to continue.

6. Prepare the identification documents for all guests in the booking and click on the icon shown in the image.

• You will not be able to continue the process if you do not have all identification documents or if you have changed the guests in the booking without prior notification.
• Should this happen, you can contact us at +34 928 335 960.

7. Enter your details:

• • Scan the ID or passport of the primary guest with your phone; you must allow camera access.
  • A screen will appear with all the data filled in. Press the “Next” button to continue.

If you prefer not to scan it with your phone, you can also enter your details manually.

8. Enter the information requested on the next screen; all fields are mandatory.

9. If the data is correct, this screen will appear. Press “Next”.

10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to continue. You will not be able to proceed without checking this box.

11. Read the important instructions and find your room number and access code.

• Once you have read everything, it is very important that you press “Next”.

12. You will also receive this information by email.

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM; after this time, the Flat access code will stop working.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Starting from the seventh night, a cleaning service similar to that for a new guest will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night. During this cleaning, towels and bed linens will be changed and everything will be cleaned, except for the dishes in the sink. If you wish to request additional cleaning, you must provide 24 hours’ notice for us to arrange it.
