Sholeo Lodges is a Canary Islands-based lodging brand created to meet the needs of today's travelers and their changing travel habits. More than just hotels or apartments, we are a retreat where you can unwind and reconnect with what motivates and inspires you.

Our concept combines contemporary design, services, and social spaces so you can explore the Canary Islands at your own pace, living in the moment and making the most of every moment—flowing freely and staying connected to nature and others.

We currently offer accommodations in Tenerife and Gran Canaria:

Each accommodation has its own unique character, but they all share the same philosophy: genuine comfort, a social atmosphere without any pressure, and the freedom to do—or not do—whatever you feel like.

The program has three tiers (Traveler, Explore, and Globetrotter). The more direct bookings you make on our website, the more benefits you’ll automatically unlock. Please note that tier upgrades are automatic, and downgrades are applied only once a year.

Important: For your reservations to count, you must log in to your account before making a reservation. Purchases at restaurants, the spa, or for activities do not count toward leveling up.

At all of our accommodations, you can choose from several rate options, depending on how much flexibility you prefer for your trip:

Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas:

• Non-Refundable: the lowest available price. Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, and no refunds are given in the event of cancellation.
• Semi-flexible: An initial payment is made at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due before arrival.
• Flexible: Payment is made at the accommodation upon arrival. Includes free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (21 days for special dates). If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged for the first night.

Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats:

• Non-Refundable: the lowest available price. Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, and no refunds are given in the event of cancellation.
• Flexible: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (21 days for special dates). Full payment is due online 5 days before arrival. After that point, the reservation becomes non-refundable, so no cancellations or changes with a refund will be accepted.

All prices include 7% IGIC. None of our accommodations charge a tourist tax.
